Salesforce Solution Architect


Work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement various business requirements. The role should not only administer the core strategies and tactics of a CRM driving enhancements, but also be able to identify and proactively recommend process improvements, anticipate needs, and develop foresight through tools and automation. The candidate must have hands-on administration and configuration skills with the latest Salesforce.com releases, the ability to handle first-level user support/training requests. He/she should have solid functional, technical and industry knowledge of salesforce products: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Required Certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience/Community Cloud Consultant (nice to have)
  • Field Service Lightning Consultants (nice to have)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional-technical leadership and best practices on the SFDC platform.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions.
  • Document As-Is business processes, business requirements and solution designs for Salesforce platform.
  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer’s business requirements. Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. Nice to have: Experience Cloud/Communities – includes partner onboarding, enablement, reporting and Field Service Lightning
  • Perform Salesforce.com user administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, roles assignments, uploads, data backups, etc.
  • Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures
  • Provide first level support to the sales, marketing, sales operations and customer operations teams, including issue identification and issue resolution/escalation
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and optimize user experience related to reports and dashboards
  • Design and implement custom objects and advanced functionality, based on strategic initiatives and project roadmap. Build integrations with other third-party applications

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design and Implementations
  • Exceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable when working with customers and various teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworkers
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
  • Experience defining business requirements and use cases
  • 8+ Years hands on experience working on salesforce.com implementation
  • Proficiency in sales cloud, service cloud. Expertise preferred in experience cloud/communities and FSL.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or related technical field with equivalent practical experience

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant


The successful candidate will be implementing new marketing initiatives, collaborating on new technical and optimization strategies, and supporting the technical facilitation of marketing efforts in a multi-org environment all the while maintaining top-quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deploy technical solutions and applications that optimize the value that clients may derive from their Salesforce systems.

  • An advanced user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with 3+ years of experience; one or more of:
    • Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
    • Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
    • Certified Salesforce Sales and Service Administrator
  • Demonstrated proficiencies within environment applications, particularly with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio.
  • Advanced knowledge of APIs, both REST & SOAP
  • Proficient with SQL, SSJS, and AMPScript
  • Experience in Web programming (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML)
  • Establish the root causes of issues and identify them, rather than simply addressing the symptoms
  • A champion of native solutions approaches and best practices
  • Experience with technical integration solutions involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms (e.g. Marketing Cloud Connect, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Heroku, MuleSoft, Customer 360, Evergage, Facebook, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of solution documentation
  • Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to define and implement new functionalities and product capabilities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience leading business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in the industry and providing constructive, critical feedback to technical approaches
  • Advise stakeholders in relevant technical issues for their business area
  • Navigate the complexities of a highly sophisticated Marketing Cloud environment, identifying, communicating, and championing areas requiring optimization
